Terms of service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the platform only for lawful events and transactions.

Tickets are subject to the event organiser’s stated entry, cancellation, refund, and transfer rules in addition to these terms.

Organisers are responsible for event accuracy, venue permissions, consumer disclosures, attendee safety, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable tax and event laws.

MetaPass may suspend sales or access when required to protect attendees, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Prices and fees are displayed before confirmation. During the launch phase, the documented MetaPass fee for paid orders is 5% plus CHF 0.50; free tickets carry no MetaPass platform fee. Any applicable provider charge must be incorporated into or disclosed by the active payment lane before confirmation.

Ticket transfers must use the supported MetaPass account-to-account flow. Attempts to duplicate, tamper with, or fraudulently use a ticket may invalidate it.

Eligible confirmed tickets can earn MetaPass reward points and account status badges. Demo, refunded, or transferred-away tickets do not count toward the displayed balance.

Points are promotional account markers, have no cash value, are not a currency, and cannot be sold or transferred. Any discount, partner reward, or other benefit will have separate published conditions before it becomes available.

We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but availability can be affected by networks, venues, payment providers, and other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
